Zareen is not your typical real estate broker. She also possesses a legal background that has brought her clients unique benefits, enabling them to efficiently complete transactions ranging from entry-level homes to handsomely appointed executive properties.Zareen's entry into the brokerage business follows an intensive two-year period as a licensed real estate attorney practicing transactional real estate law in Fort Worth. She excelled in her field after being admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2005, graduating from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and earning bachelor's and master's degrees at Stanford University.
Armed with impeccable legal credentials and proven capabilities, Zareen began practicing law as a solo practitioner in 2007 and simultaneously began working as a real estate salesperson, providing real estate services to home buyers, home sellers, investors, and residential and commercial developers. In the process, she discovered her passion for working directly with real estate clients to help them achieve their goals.
Her next move forward reflected her new focus. She formed Z Real Estate in 2009. Zareen now provides clients with a distinctive combination of capabilities, merging her legal expertise with her brokerage background and is building a team of real estate specialists who share her customer service philosophy of disciplined communication and attention to detail.

• Assembling land for a commercial client in developing areas of Dallas and preparing contracts, negotiating terms and facilitating transactions through closing;
• Assisting clients with the purchase of a United States Postal Service property, retirement home, and multiple assemblages of contiguous residential tracts;
• Representing developer clients selling multi-family projects, providing sales, marketing and market analysis services, and assisting with HOA insurance, property management issues, HUD reviews and document preparation;
• Regularly assisting seller and buyer clients with the sale and purchase of residential real estate property;
• Locating replacement investment property for clients participating in 1031 exchanges;
• Assisting buyer clients in the purchase of bank-owned/REO properties; and
• Negotiating short sales on behalf of both sellers and investor buyers.
She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, the Dallas Bar Association, the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, MetroTex Association of Realtors, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, the Urban Land Institute, and the Junior League of Dallas.
Born and raised in Fort Worth, Zareen currently lives in the M-streets in Dallas.

kelly boyington
Kelly Boyington is a 2000 graduate of Texas Christian University and a 2006 SMU Law School graduate, where she served in a variety of leadership roles including serving as the President of the Student Bar Association. Kelly’s decision to become a licensed real estate agent was inspired by her experience helping 100’s of clients with all aspects of oil and gas contracts involving their personal and commercial property.

Margaret is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Texas and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). She is well equipped to handle both residential and commercial transactions. Margaret entered the real estate profession in 2004 as an investor and a residential real estate agent. Her experience in residential investments and commercial transactions include commercial leasing (both owner and tenant representation), commercial property sales as well as real estate investment evaluations.
Margaret graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston with a Master of Science and holds a Graduate Certificate from Southern Methodist University in Dispute Resolution. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and North Texas CCIM Chapter.
Margaret was born in Manitoba, Canada and has resided in Texas since 1976. Prior to the real estate industry, she worked in the Semiconductor Industry. Margaret lives in East Dallas, and her hobbies include traveling, swimming and biking.
